1. Remove them from any company 1Password.
2. In MS Admin Console, reset their account password and add a “Legacy” suffix to their name.
3. Sign the user out from all MS365 sessions.
4. Revoke Microsoft Entra access using this guide.
5. Set up mail forwarding via Exchange to appropriate team members.
6. Notify relevant clients that the employee has left, and inform them of new point of contact.
7. Remove from GitHub organisation and remove all local copies of repositories from device (if not company owned).
8. Remove from Laravel Forge.
9. Remove them from Cloudflare console.
10. Remove them from Jira.
11. Remove them from Nightwatch
